SRC was founded on a humanitarian and social approach with a drive to support and promote the interests of women labor force in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia and contribute to advancing women situation to the highest level to become productive elements in the structure of the domestic community and interactive players in the world around us.
The idea to establish a women-employment oriented organization at the Kingdom’s national level came into being to be the first of its kind that seeks to achieve humanitarian and social objectives by contributing in the employment of untapped women labor force in different professions and help develop women's careers on the basis of the demands of the 21st century domestic labor market.
